Number - leader - Ambassador to all and manages the hands on leader
Deputy owners - hands on leaders - THey actually act as leaders
Admins - Help deputy owners
everyone else shuts up, listens, has fun

Have some admins start side projects that support goals of the clan and we can all make out and have fun!
